ARCTIC15 & SOLUTIONS FOR THE FUTURE – WORKING TOGETHER TO DELIVER RESULTS

Arctic15 is an annual international technology startup and investor event held at the Cable Factory. The event has attracted 2000 participants from over 60 countries. Over the two days, an average of 5,000 meetings have taken place and some amazing deals and relationships have been made, both in the Deal Room and in the sauna. With two stages and dozens of workshops, the programme has influenced and moved participants year after year.

Arctic15 is one of To Do’s favourite annual events. The Arctic Startup and To Do teams behind Arctic15 have honed their skills over the years, forming a happy symbiosis. To Do has been responsible for building the whole, from partner packages to coordinating hundreds of volunteers, to planning equipment, technology, permits and security. There are almost twenty side events at the event!

COOPERATION THAT HAS GONE BEYOND ARCTIC15

Arctic15 was just the beginning. The collaboration between To Do and ArcticStartup expanded significantly when we were involved in the production:

✔EBAN Helsinki 2019 business angel conference. This event brought together Europe’s biggest investors and innovators – and was cleverly held in the same space just before Arctic15.

✔ We implemented two hackathons, one of which was Tuusula CityHack. There we developed urban innovations and solutions for future residents. The event showed how the startup world and the public sector can join forces in an impressive way.

✔The AR and VR event organised in conjunction with ✔Slush was the crowning glory of a successful collaboration!
