Solutions for (remote) well-being

To Do events developed a new concept!

At Me To Do events, we believe that wellbeing should be part of everyday work. After a tough year, investing in wellbeing and teamwork is important! Now, if ever, is the time to have fun together and meet in a relaxed way. Wellbeing at work affects the competitiveness, financial performance and reputation of your organisation. It also has a significant link to customer satisfaction, reduced employee turnover and sickness absence, for example – well employees perform better.

WORK HAS UNDERGONE A MAJOR TRANSFORMATION IN 2020.

Many people have moved to teleworking and with it the encounters with the team have changed.

No more meeting casually over a coffee machine and catching up, and fewer people go out after work for after-work drinks. When employees work alone, often accompanied only by a houseplant or a pet, it is also easy to get buried in work and forget about looking after your own and your colleague’s wellbeing. Places to meet safely are needed!

To Do is a creative events agency. 2020 was a tough year for the events industry. With To Do’s turnover dropping by 93% in the spring, the new situation forced To Do to think about new solutions. The focus turned to remote and hybrid events. We tested, researched and explored dozens of options with a particular focus on how to engage and involve participants. Indeed, virtual events were organised during the year, from summer parties to Christmas parties, and the fall turnover drop was only 52%. The journey built on best practices to organise an experiential and engaging EVENT online.

When talking to our customers, we also found that many of them needed contacts and support to team up. For the rest of 2020, we ran online Christmas parties and the feedback we received was enthusiastic. “I felt like I got to know my team members better than I did when I went live!”

To Do has responded to the need for safe encounters by creating a whole new range of online recreational packages for (remote) work communities.

Themes for recreation include wellbeing, racing and learning a new skill. We also put together a series because we believe that team spirit builds over time and is made up of small, joyful moments shared together.

The (Remote) Workplace Wellbeing package will support wellbeing at work and team spirit throughout the spring. Refreshment and wellbeing boosting will take place online via Teams or Zoom and should take 2-2.5 hours. Our series packages include four guided one-hour sessions at a pace that suits your team. We want to play our part in helping to strengthen community and create safe meeting places for remote working on a regular basis.
