Well-being in everyday life – positivity as a resource

In this moment, we will dive into the amazing transformative power of positivity and learn how small actions can add joy, energy and balance to your daily life. Concrete tools for using positive thinking to enliven everyday life and strengthen our wellbeing and that of our environment. Physical exercises will put a smile on your face and make your body and mind feel light and relaxed.

Together we will do breathing and imagery exercises, and at the end of our wellness moment you will be able to move your body at a gentle pace and truly relax as we end our time together in relaxation.

To create a sense of wellbeing, branded teas are sent to participants beforehand and after the wellness moment, a pdf of the exercises is sent to them to repeat.

Remote escape is a fun and engaging game that everyone on the team can get involved in. Depending on the size of your team, you can go on an adventure as a whole team or split into smaller groups!

During the game we will challenge your wit and teamwork skills. Escape games are a great way to take a break from everyday life and step into the story.

There are no pre-requisites for playing. Indeed, escape gaming is a great way to spend time together!

The presentation will be tailored to your background and participants will have an active say in the content. What will your show look like?

Shall we make it bigger? If you want, we can build a larger package, filmed in the studio and bring in the artist that’s right for you.
