With environmental issues more topical than ever, we need events that not only inform, but also inspire and activate. To Do had the honour of producing the 13th annual Helsinki Region Environmental Services (HSY) Climate Seminar – entirely virtually.

WHAT DOES THE EVENTS OFFICE DO?

✔️ Content design: together with HSY, we created a programme that appealed to a wide audience and stimulated debate.

✔️ We produced compelling videos that put the challenges and solutions of climate change into concrete terms.

✔️ Integrated production: we were responsible for every aspect of the event, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that included the voice of the participants.

HSY’S VALUES WERE REFLECTED IN THE EVENT:

✔️ Service-oriented: we provided participants with an easy-to-use platform and the possibility to participate in the debate in real time.

✔️ Openness: the seminar was open to all interested parties and the recordings are still available for viewing.

✔️Sustainability: the virtual event reduced the environmental impact and allowed for a wider range of participants.

✔️Cooperation: we organised the seminar in close cooperation with various stakeholders.

The results speak for themselves: the seminar attracted widespread attention and lively debate – just as we had hoped. Participants praised the informative and inspiring nature of the event.
