The Biohacker Summit is the world’s leading biohacking conference, bringing together international experts, innovators and future trendsetters. To Do co-produced the event eight times between 2016 and 2023, ensuring that each event exceeded the expectations of participants.

The event grew over the years to become one of the most important meeting places in the industry, and To Do was responsible for the overall practical organisation of the events in Helsinki, Tallinn, Stockholm and Amsterdam.

COOPERATION OBJECTIVES & IMPLEMENTATION

✔ Complete event production – We freed the Biohacker Summit team to focus on content while we took care of everything else: security, equipment, technology and volunteer coordination.

✔ International-level event – We worked in different venues in different cities, such as the Boiler Hall, the Sea Cable Hall, Tallinn’s Vaba Lava, Stockholm’s Epicenter and Amsterdam, and ensured that the quality of the event remained consistent in each location.

✔ Hybrid event reaching thousands – The event attracted thousands of participants each year, both on-site and via live streaming, which required a smooth technical execution.
